Short-Term Testing

NOBLE Radon Mitigation is fully certified under the Canadian National Radon Proficiency Program (C-NRPP), and has the technical knowledge and skill to ensure that radon testing and remediation are completed properly.

Short-Term Testing

The only way to know the radon level of your home is to TEST.

We provide a short-term test through the use of a radon detector for the duration of 2 days in order to determine the potential radon levels in your home.

Long-Term Testing

Long-Term Testing

Regardless of the short-term test results, Health Canada recommends that homeowners follow-up with a long-term test to get a more accurate reading of radon levels.

A long-term detector will be installed for a period of 3 months, and data will be sent to a laboratory for analysis.

Homeowners will be provided with a detailed report on radon concentration after laboratory analysis is completed.

Testing for Real Estate

Testing for Real Estate

We perform short-term radon testing for potential homeowners who wish to validate radon levels before purchasing a home. Results of short-term testing can be provided quickly to ensure that potential homeowners can promptly make their decision. Once homeowners have settled in, we follow-up with a long-term test.

Before putting the property on the market, we perform short-term radon testing and if necessary, mitigation for homeowners who wish to list their property. This could be an attractive selling feature.

Mitigation

Mitigation

Prior to mitigation, our team will inspect the structure, size, and foundation of your home to determine the best radon reduction method to install.

If you use our services for short-term or long-term radon testing, you are under no obligation to use us to mitigate your home.
